Once your order is placed, it is promptly prepared and shipped.

If your order includes tracking information, please use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and plan accordingly. Once the item is dropped off at the postal office, it is no longer under my control. Any delays or issues that occur during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
