Return, Refund and Store Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chaeri.contactme@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address (We will email it to you after you request a refund). 


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chaeri.contactme@gmail.com.

We do not give refunds because packages are not delivered quickly because it depends on the shipping carriers once the package /items have been dropped off at the postal office. Please keep that in mind when purchasing during holidays. You can always pay for expedite shipping if you want protection when you order. We do not refund because you do not like the items. We work hard to make every item as perfect as we can. We have the right to refuse any refund request. We will NOT be giving refunds to anyone who provides us with their incorrect address/information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send a photo as proof that it is damaged/broken. Your refund will be placed after the email has been reviewed unless you get a response stating otherwise. Send your name, order number, and confirmation. If your order is wrong, then we will send you the right item. We do not give a refund or send another item once our system has said the item has been delivered. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that one-of-one items purchased can not be replaced/exchanged since there is nothing to replace it with, these items are not replicated, this means only one is made. We can issue a refund after careful review or offer store credit.

 

Shipping Notice Policy

We ship out packages in the order that we receive them so be patient if your order is not shipped immediately. We try out best to ship it out quickly. Once packages are shipped through USPS/ UPS or any other chosen carrier, it is out of our hands. ONLY EMAIL US if your package is being returned to us. DO NOT email us about the status of your package because we can not control that. If shipment has a tracking number please refer to the tracking information provided. Also local post offices has begun to frequently opt to not scan in  packages before putting them on transport trucks at the distribution center so some packages are not being scanned into tracking until they reach their destination city several days later.

Please make sure to verify when you order that you give us your CORRECT address and information.

We will NOT be giving refunds to anyone who provides us with their incorrect address/information.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
